Hello and thank you for visiting my website. After moving from Taos, New Mexico, my wife and I discovered the Black
Mountain area. Being raised in the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia I found Western North Carolina to feel
like home. It was love at first sight. We enjoy the sense of community and our beautiful surroundings. In our last
home we lived in the company of dogs, llamas, alpacas, chickens, horses, jack rabbits, and even tarantulas.
We missed our furry friends. We have taken the opportunity to do what we love. We have a commitment to helping
and loving animals. This choice of occupation fits our compassion for animals. As pet owners we know how difficult
it may be to leave your loved ones with ease. We are here to help you and your pets stay healthy mentally and physically.
Mountain Paw Prints operates under a business license from the Town of Black Mountain and is insured through Pet Sitters
International of which we are members.
